Our lead teachers all have at least 1 year of experience working as a teacher in a child care center or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field of study.

All of our staff members are enrolled in the Oregon Criminal Background Registry. Our staff members are current in their certification of Infant and Child First Aid and CPR and Food Handlers. Our team has also completed mandatory trainings in Child Health and Safety as well as recognizing and reporting Child Abuse and Neglect. Additionally, each staff member completes a minimum of 15 hours of continued education annually in order to stay current and updated in early childhood education material.

Early Beginnings Children’s Center mission is to provide the children in our care with an environment that will foster emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth.  We are dedicated to working with each child's individual needs and learning styles.  We want our center to be a place where your child can reach their full potential; be challenged, inspired and motivate their sense of wonder about the world around them.

Our staff embrace the importance of teaching children social skills that they will carry with them throughout their lives.  When the child reaches out to be loved, comforted, included, welcomed, and cuddled it is at that moment that we must encircle them with compassion and love.  This is how we guide the child's treatment of others.  We want the children at Early Beginnings to grow up to be compassionate and understanding individuals who demonstrate empathy for their friends and the people around them.
